Our Ambassador of Tourism Award
In 2021, as the owner of L’écrin de la Cité, I had the immense honor of receiving the Ambassador of Tourism Award. This accolade rewards our ongoing commitment to providing an unforgettable experience for our visitors, while promoting the rich cultural and gastronomic heritage, as well as the unique craftsmanship of Carcassonne and its surroundings.

We work closely with local professionals, such as Michelin-starred chefs, sommeliers, masseurs, and artisans. Together, we create unique experiences for our guests by recommending our favorite spots and organizing exclusive activities.
Honoring Our Partners
This year, we were particularly delighted to see some of our partners honored during the ceremony. We will always remain the first ambassadors of tourism in Grand Carcassonne and are proud to be followed by our long-standing partners such as Jean-Paul from the Grotte de Limousis and Eric from Nougalet.
