During your stay, I invite you to join me in my eco-responsible approach, by limiting the use of water and electricity, sorting your waste and using the composter.

At L'écrin Grand Panorama, I limit the use of single-use plastics: a reverse osmosis system provides quality filtered water, so you don't have to buy plastic bottles. At the same time, a Delonghi espresso machine with coffee beans limits the use of capsules. I supply eco-label soap and shower gel in refillable dispensers.

Finally, I renovated the house with a view to limiting resource consumption. All household appliances have been chosen with the same rigorous attention tosaving water and energy.

As a committed local player, I'm keen to share my favorites and best addresses with you, to showcase my region and make your stay even more memorable. This commitment was rewarded with the 1stAmbassador 's Prize awardedby the Greater Carcassonne Tourist Office... certainly one of my proudest achievements!

For all the renovation work on the house, and there was some, I used only local craftsmen, each recognized in their field for their knowledge and expertise.

Similarly, I chose to buy almost all the furniture and equipment from local suppliers, giving priority to the quality of their products.
