As the 1st Ambassador for Greater Carcassonne and a member of the jury, it was a great pleasure to attend the 2023 Tourism Awards ceremony on Monday 19 June. The event was attended by a host of leading figures, all of whom are passionate about the Aude region: Franck Putelat, a 2-star Michelin chef, Laurent Bazin, a journalist and radio and TV presenter, and Christophe Urios, an established Top 14 rugby coach.
During the evening, I was delighted to receive the Vignobles et Découvertes label for the Gîte L'écrin Grand Panorama. Highlighting the richness of our Terroir is always one of my priorities.
