The Aude is one of those places steeped in history that perpetuates craftsmanship. A true journey into the history of papermaking, you'll discover the last working paper mill in the Occitanie region.

The Oulibo
L'oulibo presents L'Odyssée de l'olivier, the history and culture of the olive tree through the ages. You'll plunge into the heart of France's largest olive confectionery and the world's #1 producer of Lucques olives.
Grown exclusively in Occitanie and harvested by hand, the Lucques is considered a unique olive.
Nicknamed the "green diamond", it is typical for its crescent-moon shape. Easily recognizable by its small stone and fine, flavorful flesh.
Nougalet
During your vacation, you can also take a tour of the company and its various production workshops, where you'll discover some of the know-how and manufacturing secrets behind these gourmet treasures. And, best of all, you'll finish off with a tasting of these delicious chocolates!
Cabrespine giant chasm
The landscapes of the Aude are often cited as an example of beauty and variety, but you'll also discover treasures underground. Descend into the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the largest in Europe.

Limousis cave
The Limousis cave is the largest converted cave in the Cathar region. Its first rooms contain numerous cave bear remains, tools, pottery and Neolithic bones.
Together with the following chambers, it is one of the world's geological curiosities, with an exceptional luster made up of millions of aragonite crystals.
